PickUpBiz, LLC ("PickUpBiz," "we," "us") provides AI phone-answering and scheduling services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on our website, we collect your name, business name, business type, phone number, email address, preferred contact time, and website. When callers contact a business that uses our service, we collect the caller's name, phone number, the reason for the call, and appointment details, on behalf of that business.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule appointments, send service-related notifications, and support our clients.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your phone number only to send messages related to your inquiry, appointments, or our service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No sharing or selling of phone numbers or SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate our service (for example, telephone, AI voice, calendar, and hosting providers). They receive only the information needed to perform their services for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
Call logs are kept for 12 months on a rolling basis. When a client ends service, we provide them a copy of their logs within 30 days and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
